The boring but important part

Privacy.
No weird stuff.

Gary needs enough information to run the Adventure. He does not need your whole life.

Party at Gary's is operated by Dreamplanet. You may request one early-access invitation by submitting your own mobile number through the form on this site. A request is not enrollment: Gary has not texted, no Party or Adventure has been created, and access begins only after a separate confirmation.

What Gary may receive

For an early-access request, we receive your mobile number, submission time, consent version, source, and security or error records needed to protect and process the request. If messaging later begins with your consent, we may also receive messages, responses, photos or other media you choose to send, and delivery records needed to operate the requested Adventure.

What Gary never sells

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Service providers and telecommunications carriers may process what is needed to deliver, secure, support, and operate the requested messaging service.

You're in charge

Participation is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. The web form requests one early-access invitation only; it does not begin recurring messaging. If messaging later begins, message frequency varies with your Adventure, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Each participant consents for themselves; an organizer cannot enroll someone else.
